📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for interior design and construction projects, ensuring financial feasibility and profitability
• Track project budgets, analyze cost variances, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize project profitability
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to gather project requirements, assess material and labor costs, and develop detailed cost breakdowns
• Manage material procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules
• Prepare and analyze project reports, including cost forecasts, material schedules, and progress reports, to support project decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve cost estimation and project management processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to cost estimation and project management
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator & Quantity Surveyor in interior design and construction projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, and cost estimation software like EstimateOne or PlanSwift
• Strong understanding of construction materials, labor costs, and project timelines
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
