PT Beiling Pesona Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Instan Noodle Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our instan noodle products and ensuring that our sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and a proven track record of success in sales management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the sales operations of instan noodle products,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in product development and marketing initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry,Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets,Strong understanding of the instan noodle market and industry trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales management tools,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
