📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Ensure all sales transactions are completed accurately and promptly.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.,Maintain cash handling procedures to prevent losses and ensure security.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the store manager.,Train and develop new cashier staff to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in cashier or retail operations.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in a leadership role is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
