📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective learning programs.
• Identify learning needs and develop solutions that drive business results.
• Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and on-the-job training.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure learning programs align with business goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
