📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications to customers.
• Provide accurate and timely information about medications, dosages, and potential side effects.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and protocols.
• Assist in the management of inventory and stock control.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive the best possible care and support.
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a retail or healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid pharmacy assistant certification or equivalent experience.
