📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs,Maintain and update applicant databases and tracking systems,Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates,Prepare and send out offer letters and onboarding materials,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team,Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
