📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain financial systems, including accounting software and ERP systems.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial systems, with a focus on tax compliance.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Experience with financial reporting and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
