📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
