📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials tailored to the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's overall training strategy.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs in Indonesian is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
