📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide specialized care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments, ensuring their health and well-being.
• Monitor and maintain dialysis machines, including Baxter and Fresenius machines, to ensure optimal performance.
• Administer dialysis treatments, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, under the supervision of a nephrologist.
• Assess and monitor patients' vital signs, blood pressure, and other physiological parameters.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by the nephrologist.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in dialysis care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dialysis unit or related healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Certification in dialysis nursing, such as Certified Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse (CPDN) or Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT).
• Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
