📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe working condition and comply with all regulations.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Manage vehicle scheduling and route planning to ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups.,Handle vehicle inspections and maintenance scheduling to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle life.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide support to the logistics team to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
