PT Pertiwi Berkah is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR department in the implementation of company policies and procedures related to employee relations.,Assist in the organization and coordination of employee training and development programs.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters.,Support the HR department in the preparation and distribution of payroll and other HR-related reports.,Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents and reports.,Support the HR department in the implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
