📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage mass hiring initiatives, including job fairs and recruitment drives.
• Maintain a strong employer brand and promote our company as an attractive workplace.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
