📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, and facilitate resolutions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR-related events, such as team-building activities and training sessions.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing HR-related documents.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.,Assist in the preparation of HR metrics and reports to provide insights into the organization's workforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
