📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.,Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into business objectives.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
