Rejeki Rama Computer is looking for a talented and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our bar operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the bar, including staff scheduling and performance.,Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop junior bartenders to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.,Promote the bar's specials and events to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the bar adheres to all local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager in a similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software is a plus.,Valid food handler's permit and certification in first aid.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certifications in hospitality management preferred.
