FORGE Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Sanur, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cashier operations and ensure accuracy in transactions.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Manage cash handling procedures to prevent theft and ensure security.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Promote a positive and friendly work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in retail or hospitality.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
