📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the internal audit function, including planning, execution, and reporting of audit activities.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement within the organization.,Review financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.,Collaborate with senior management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Train and mentor junior auditors to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a strong background in financial auditing.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with audit software and tools is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and excellence.
