📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to delivery.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports and forecasts.,Lead a team of procurement staff and provide guidance and support.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
