📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Lead and mentor junior recruiters to ensure consistent high-quality recruitment standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
