📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of software applications.

Ensuring that the software applications meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.

Collaborating with other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Mentoring and guiding junior developers to help them grow and develop their skills.

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development industry.

Managing the software development lifecycle, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

Ensuring that the software applications are scalable, maintainable, and secure.

Working closely with the product management team to ensure that the software applications meet the needs of the end-users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in at least one programming language.

Experience in leading a team of software developers.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
