📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Perform routine nursing tasks such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the medical team.,Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
