Port Link Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the recruitment process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing support during difficult times.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
