As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company receives the best quality products at the most competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products.,Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations to maintain high standards of quality and service.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
