Apotek Oka Laundry is looking for a talented and passionate Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure they are competitive and accurately reflect the role.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
