📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.,Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and procurement, to ensure the restaurant's success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
