📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.,Guide the development team in adopting Agile practices and improving their productivity.,Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and ensure that the team meets sprint goals.,Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlog items.,Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.,Ensure compliance with Agile principles and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.,Certification in Scrum (CSM, CSPO, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience in the healthcare technology sector is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Fluency in English is required.
