📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct financial performance analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial outcomes.,Develop and implement financial improvement plans in collaboration with clients.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.,Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.,Provide training and support to clients on financial management best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial performance management.,Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial performance consulting or a similar role.,Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.,Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
