In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, user manuals, and other related materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear and concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and other related materials.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to improve clarity, conciseness, and readability.,Create and maintain documentation templates and style guides.,Assist in the development of training materials and presentations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Proficient in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes.
