📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and execute solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure smooth implementation and integration of Odoo modules.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives and provide status updates.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope statements, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for ERP implementation.
• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the new ERP system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager or similar role, with a focus on Odoo or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with other business applications.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP, including customization and configuration.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
