You will work closely with our accounting software, QuickBooks, and assist in preparing financial reports and statements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports using QuickBooks.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions and other financial documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
