Energy Marshall - Electrical Safety & LOTO Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting pre-startup safety inspections, training personnel on LOTO procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You'll also be involved in auditing and improving our electrical safety management system.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and enforce Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
• Supervise energy isolation and de-energizing of electrical equipment.
• Conduct pre-startup safety inspections and ensure compliance with ISO 45001.
• Train and supervise personnel on electrical safety and LOTO procedures.
• Monitor and maintain electrical safety programs and documentation.
• Audit and improve the electrical safety management system.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical safety and LOTO procedures.
• Certification in Electrical Safety, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and other safety standards.
• Experience with electrical safety software, such as SAP Safety or similar.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
