📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in retail operations.
• Implement and enforce security protocols, including loss prevention strategies, to safeguard assets and prevent theft or fraud.
• Monitor CCTV systems and access control software to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time.
• Investigate security breaches, gather evidence, and coordinate with law enforcement as necessary.
• Train and educate staff on security best practices and loss prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with retail managers to develop and execute security plans tailored to specific store locations.
• Analyze security data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving security measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loss prevention, retail security, or a similar role.
• Certification in Loss Prevention (CLP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of security software and tools, including CCTV systems, access control software, and real-time monitoring dashboards.
• Proven ability to conduct security audits and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
