📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.,Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software.,Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred but not required).
