In this role, you will work closely with our team of farmers and technicians, troubleshooting plumbing issues, installing new systems, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems across the farm, including irrigation, drainage, and waste management systems.
• Ensure all plumbing systems are compliant with local regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plumbing infrastructure to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the farming team to design and implement new plumbing systems that support sustainable agriculture practices.
• Train and mentor junior plumbers and farm staff on best practices for plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Monitor water usage and implement strategies to reduce consumption and improve efficiency.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the farm's sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all farm personnel by adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm plumbing or related field.
• Proven expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of agricultural plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with sustainable agriculture practices and eco-friendly plumbing solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards related to farm plumbing.
• Valid certification in farm plumbing or equivalent experience.
• Experience with plumbing software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
