📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Serve and prepare a variety of gourmet dishes and premium beverages to guests in our lounges.
• Manage tables, including seating, clearing, and refilling drinks.
• Maintain a clean and well-presented lounge area, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Food & Beverage Server or similar role in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Clover, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous experience in luxury or upscale hospitality settings is preferred.
