• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's business objectives.
• Manage the accounting and financial systems, including the use of accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Oversee the payroll process, including the preparation of payroll reports and the management of employee benefits.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
