📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process group bookings and ticket reservations for various tourist attractions, events, and transportation services.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless and efficient booking processes for our clients.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to secure the best rates and availability for our clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings and reservations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout the booking process.
• Monitor and analyze booking data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new booking processes and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the travel and tourism industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in group reservations or ticket sales in the travel and tourism industry.
• Proficient in using reservation systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with local tourism attractions and events in Bekasi and the surrounding areas.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
