📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications to customers.
- Provide accurate and timely information about medications, dosages, and potential side effects.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and protocols.
- Assist in the management of inventory and stock control.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive the best possible care and support.
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a retail or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid pharmacy assistant certification or equivalent experience.
